Pre-Enrollment and Enrollment: When you contact us to enroll your child in our Program or enroll your child in the Program we collect the following information:

Problems that the Child is facing through online assessment or over a call
Personalized Assessment: When you bring your child to the center or online assessment (defined below in the section “Information Collected From Third Parties”) for a Personalized Assessment, we record the child doing the prescribed exercises. We also require the parent(s)/legal guardians(s) to fill out a detailed questionnaire about their Child’s behavior.
Billing: To process payment, we use a third-party payment processing partner. However, sometimes, we may obtain your payment information directly. This can include your name, your telephone number, your email address, your credit or debit card information, and any other relevant information.

We never intentionally collect or maintain any Personal Information about anyone under the age of 13, other than as needed to enroll your child and to obtain appropriate information to plan and assess your Child’s progress in the program We will obtain verifiable parental consent before knowingly collecting Personally Information from anyone under the age of 13.
